This version of Halloween movie presented by musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie. Successful and terrifying Halloween legacy began in 1978. This edition will surprise both classic and modern horror fans.

Original soundtrack begins with 'These are the eyes' dialogue. Next is scary and full of horror melody from Tyler Bates music producer for horror movies. On a background you can hear singing girl. Here voice is sweet, but the music scary. First you think that you found salvation from horror in here voice. But it is probably just a trick to make you think that you are safe…

American rock band Blue Oyster Cult's 1976 single (Don't Fear) The Reaper makes this compilation interesting in two ways. First is that this band is a pioneer in heavy metal, but this song is actually ballad that has interesting guitar music. Second it is always interesting to have relaxing song in soundtrack that full of scary melodies.

Soundtrack has few short dialogues in it. One of them is about Michael Myers - fictional character from the Halloween series.

Next in the soundtrack classical Nazareth ballad 'Love Hurts'. This song was recorded by The Everly Brothers in 1960. Interesting fact about this song is that until 1975 lyrics remained unchanged. Nazareth's changed original line 'love is like a stove…' to 'love is like a flame'.

Classic ballads continues with live version of 'Baby, I Love Your Way'. This is original version performed by Peter Frampton. This song appeared in 1975 on his album 'Frampton'.

'Tom Sawyer' song written and performed by Canadian progressive rock band 'Rush'. This single was covered by many bands and used in other movies and TV series.

Brave Belt that's how originally Bachman-Turner Overdrive band was called. This Canadian rock band performs 'Let it Ride' song. This single appeared first time in 1973 on there album 'Bachman-Turner Overdrive II'.

“The Godfather of Punk” Iggy Pop performs song called 1969. This first appeared in 1969 and was performed by Iggy Pop together with The Stooges band.

American rock singer Alice Cooper performs song-ballad 'Only Women Bleed'. This song was his solo top 10 hit in US in March 1975.

Soundtrack is compilation of rock and punk songs from 70. Most of the songs written or performed by Canadian artists.
